well i havent played isro for a while so im not sure but as i remember, the chat filter only blocks your typing, but you can still see if some1 else says '****' or 'sex' or w/e.

Even though pk2 edit is only for you to see , its not the same when it comes to the chat filter. If you allow in the chat filter the word "****" to be typed in your client , others will see the word as well.

That rd party program is infact the loader. the loader which i would take a huge guess " testostorone " or w.e way is spelled also uses the pk chat filter disabled method.
