Damn big problem

Need help from you guys...
All started a couple a week ago, when 3 guild members said they can't charge silk, because their card are denied by paypal. It's says they are not verified. I haven't had time to check what the problem is and help them out, they couldn't do anything about it either. But today i tried to charge silk and i got the same message " We were unable to verify your credit or debit card. To proceed with your purchase, please select a different payment method or add a different credit or debit card, then click Continue. "
I have no idea what is causing this, i am sure i have money in my card, and even if i don't , the message that you get is different.
Anyone can give me a hint, or has experienced a similar problem?

Maybe it just tries to tell you not to waste any more money on SRO. I never bought any silk and i had and still have a lot fun at SRO, probably more than that ones, who are buying tons of silk.

Ty for the response, but i don't really need an opinion about my silk buying habits. Let's say i need immortal for my sun. What, to give it to someone to put immortal on it for me? I don't think so..
Doesn't matter for what i need the silk for, i choose to pay for the game, now i need to know how...
The last payment to joymax from my card was 2 days ago, so the problem is pretty new...

On the other hand, maybe silkroad is having problems with paypal at the moment, but it maybe not silkroad.

If I were you, try to contact paypal, by phone preferably, since email isn't guaranteed a reply, even though they assure you one.

Tell paypal about your problem, and i'm pretty sure they will be able to tell you what's wrong and how you can fix it. 8)

Joymax fixes issues related with money really quickly so maybe send a bug report to them or paypal?

I just sent Paypal an e-mail, or an online question, or whatever it is, idk really. Their site is so damn strange, than i needed 20 minutes just to find where is the place u can use customers support, or whatever. Let's hope at least if i find a solution to my problem, i will be able to get one for my friends too. If i don;t get a response in 1-2 days then i will try to call them...

I don't think it's joymax problem, cause i tried to pay other things too with this card just now, and i get the same message. But the thing is all of us that have the problem play silkroad... idk really, i feel pretty lost in this payment kind of stuff and i am really pissed right now to express myself in English properly :)
Plus i have a friend who had the same issue and it ended up pretty bad for him, but that's a looooooooooong story...

Joymax could not be accepting payments from unverfied cards and addresses. Unless 1 or both are verfied you wont be able to buy silk.

If your verfied when you login to paypal you should see a status that says Unverfied or verified.

My card was verified the first day i got it from the bank. And even if they needed something like another verification, i don't see that written anywhere, i don't have from where to send a code (u know when u verify for the first time, you have a button saying "Verify" next to your card and u send the code from there)... :banghead:

Maybe it's a paypal <-> country problem? I dunno if your friends are from the same country.

I pay for my silk with paypal straight from my bankaccount so I don't use a credit or debit card =x

Yea a friend told me about the bank account thing, that's the next thing i have in mind to try.
One of my friends lives in Israel, another one in Spain and someone else here said he had the same problem, so i guess it's not from the country.

@Bg_DrEaM - When you log in to paypal, does it say Status: Unverified - Get Verified ?

If So, I have the same issue. If I click Get Verified, and apply to send the paypal code, does it say "We were unable to verify this credit card. Please check if the information you entered is correct. If the problem persists, please try to enter a different credit card." ?

I have this exact error, and I haven't been able to resolve this issue for quite some time. :( stupid paypal.

I have the same problem.
My PP is verified since first day.
Using the same CC all the while.
Always charge silk this way, never had such problem until yesterday.

i hade the same proberlem a while ago i just ended up ringing them, it wasnt hard and they fixed it after a few questions
i am not creative enough to have created a sig yet.
