Many people use intro scripts to record nice intro scenes of the scenery but I have no clue how to do that. Try to pm mulk81 on Youtube or something, he knows that stuff.

Maybe Cruor know how to do this,he already makes his own intro..

//I think he extracted the map file and open it with an external program(he is not on sro but only in a software that read the map i think).

It's very easy actually, it's in the pk2 under intro somewhere, you can simply change what the camera does there, but i'm on smallband atm so I can't watch the movie :/

He's not, he just edited the co-ordinates of the intro video, through .txt editing. He can also spawn players with specific codes.

0 S_ObjectCreateIndex [Name to the char on the script] [Skin 1~12=Male CH,13~24=Female CH | 25~36=Male EU,37~48=Female EU] [X-Map] [Y-Map] [Coord X] [Coord Z] [Coord Y] [Pos Pj's 360º] [Heigh of the char]

0 S_ObjectEquipSetIndex [Name of the char to asign the items] [Lvl of the char: 1~100] [kind of set: 1=Garment/Robe, 2=Protector/Light Armor, 3=Armor/Heavy Armor] [Weapon of the char] [1 = Hat, 0 = Hatless(?)]

and movement

0 S_ObjectMoveTo [Name of the item for move] [X-Map destiny] [Y-Map destiny] [Coord X Destiny] [Coord Z Destiny] [Coord Y Destiny]

IDC what the guy says, the only way to do what he did is in-game panning (by use of a quest cutscene event) or by intro editing.

But then why does it... you know... it looks like his hand shake a bit sometimes. Why did he do that if its done with z/y cords?

Well... I wish it was possible to have a completely free camera in silkroad. Could be really neat :D

He put a shit load of co-ords on one spot, probably added the shake effect of the Roc landing on the ground to make his argument legit.

Isn't an intro edit, the movement of the camera is really made by hand. I don't know how he did it, but I guess is a hidden function on the sro_client.
Also check the second 0:14... unique has appeared. So he is connected into a server, and is the legit client.

almost seems like he used zoom hack then held v to hide everything :S

i dont really buy the shaking thing though... when you use keyboard you dont shake side to side... you either go forward or back, left or right, or anywhere in between on a 2 dimensional map, that shaking was off of the forward/sideways movement game has :S maybe he did use zoom hack then mouse to change directions, but still more likely its pk edit or at least involves it

if your familiar with the offline game counter strike. if your dead you can explore the map. i don't have any idea on what program he use to extract the file in sro client and use it. but i believe it's true in game camera.
