what do you think of this build? Does it have any chance of winning in pvp and job wars? Should it be hybrid or pure int? and the last question: even though theres no moving speed increase because it doesnt have lightning, will it still be pretty good at pve?

or protector or garment, you've already got lots of defense from fire and ice skill. All you need is speed

get lightning. its a must. raises my attack by so much. ull be lacking in the mag attack power i promise.
GET LIGHT NO MATTER WHAT!

I use to be light cold bich, but made a fire cold bich since i saw that thunderphoenix imbue looks the same as thunder dragon. No point in lvling up for me if it don't give me new eye candy. That and higher lvl light seems so pointless. 30-36 parry.. woo!

The build is total bullshit!
INT Chars dont need weapon skills. Make cold,light,fire lvl 100 and wear garment this is the best build for nuker.
