The latest Patch says "Opening date of Turkish version of Silkroad Online will be postpone from October 20 to November 16"
Does that mean all Turks will be IP banned?

why don´t they make a new SRO version?
Let's call the present ISRO --> turkSRO.
The new SRO will be eurSRO

making a new version is not JM's choice. It's all about if the turkish game provider is willing to buy this game or not.

They don't need to. Effectively, we are playing on "their" server by default.

Maybe they should. Having all Turks play on isro servers is giving the profits to Joymax. If they buy the publishing rights and make a turk server it will be them receiving the profits instead of Joymax

I thought the reason why there are so many turks in iSro is because the client has already been translated to turkish a long time ago?
We dont see that many germans too, although the client is reported to be translated in german as well.

Turks / middle eastern areas should get their own server. Much like koreans, chinese etc have their own. The state of the servers is what's forcing europeans like myself to play CSRO

It would be so awesome if all the turks on iSRO moved to this new Turk version of SRO.
It would take at least 500 peeps+ off every server, and everyone will be happy lol

Silkroad has already been translated into turkish as you can see in this pic:

The people saying that it will just be a language update are going on speculation alone. I see no reason why, if joymax believed it would be a profitable move, they wouldn't open their own turkish servers themselves without on-selling the rights to do it to another company. Even the patch notice "
Opening date of
Turkish version of Silkroad Online" doesn't appear to suggest mere language patch, rather, the opening of something. Of course, it's joymax, their english isn't the best, I could be wrong, but I'd say my guess is better than everyone parading their language patch guess as fact.

i think if there will be a new server for turks named tusro or sthg like that there will be less fun.ye turks filling the servers but at least there are lots of active players so we can play and there won't be any difference if they ban their ip's accounts etc. servers will b estill crowded cuz gold bots will take their place.so it means less active players more botters.ye i know u all think u could log on easily if they ban turks from isro but it is wrong.Outnumbered gold bots waiting to log on outside.
On the other hand i know why you hate turks (not all but mostly) well i don't hate turks. and i have a lot of turk friend and i am having great time with them.(English speaker Turks i mean)w.e i know sometimes they can really piss some1 off but if there will be a new version of sro for turks, this game (isro)would become worse than now. more boring more botters boring wars etc etc
My opinion =)

can't wait for russian sro ... i hope they wont ban foreign IP's ... All Polish,Russians, some of Georgians like are moving to russian sro .. dont worry our places will be taken by goldbots

Actually tons of people playing are from baltics so maybe goldbots can't fill ALL the space
