PM = Private Message and he's not breaking any rules, but his approach is off. If you're trying to catch someone doing something then you don't alert them.

@Silo: Penfold probably knows that this member belongs to a botting guild called UnHoly at server Uranus, being in a botting guild, Penfold assumes he's a botter, so he's trying to get him banned from the forums.

Well it's not so nice to get that kind of PMs, that's what bothers me, well it's his problem, next time he need to make up some evidence, it's not fair acusing people of botting.

Penfold is anally retentive and assumes anyone who doesn't document their SRO playtime with screenshots and eye witnesses must be a botter. But to answer your question, "How come some people can be like this person?", it's a necessary evil to keep the forum interesting with individuals such as them whose otherwise vapid contributions to the forum offer not only entertainment value, but also an insight of the psychological workings of a forum demagogue who is only emboldened by their anonymity. Just ignore him and enjoy the show.
