Hey, How do you become a Joymax employee?
Also is it possible to apply to be a GM directly or do you have to be promoted or something?

basically he said it was long hours and not great pay , and you dont have any say in the in-game issues, you do what they tell you..

So then US Joymax employees probably KNOW about the bot problems, etc. But the Joymax HQ is prohibiting actions to be taken... Somehow sounds like a weird kinda conspiracy thing.

Lol @ this. I believe all Joymax employees should make a strike, only then, their deeds will be fulfilled and the current situation could be changed. And why is it that they keep working for them like donkeys with low payment, and without having the right to share opinions about the game, that's ridiculous.

Guys let me tell you something...IT IS 100% true, the GM`s know about boting and all stuff, but they need to do what Joymax boss sais...It is sad, but it`s true....I know for sure, cause I talked with ex GM Tarky on yahoo messenger(if you want believe me, if not dont, I dont care..) and he said that they have a database, where they see all programs that ANY user is using...I mean if he enters your char name in that database, he sees if you use <no> or ANY other kind of program...just that they have orders not to do anything;)...because that`s JOYMAX policy....
And YES, JOYMAX Boss treats the employee`s bad...they work hard and dont have such big salaries

Yes and I also talked on messenger with someone from joymax, a girl who works on USA, and I asked her what to do to become joymax employee...she said that they dont realy want more employees, and that you have to do some things to become member of their stuff...One of the things is that you have to live in seoul or usa(dunno exactly in what city they are in usa), and other thing is that you have to take cambridge exam to work for them...so if you dont know english well, cant work for joymax:P

I don't think JM will ever employ real Ingame GM's until they feel a real hole in their money pocket and their profit shrinks dramatically. Will happen very soon, probably.

In the US its California...correct me if im mistaken..Atleast thats what I heard from someone before. And yea you probably wouldn't wanna work for them..Its not like your gonna get to be GM anytime soon anyways

the reason u must live in korea isnt because of ksro or any other thing like that..
i bet its another money making scheme...
basically if you go abroad for your job then u have a right to be given help living there... living cost in korea? yep youve got it. PENCE.
joymax thinks... meh the money is safe there, so there base in california is probably the head quarters leaving all the crappy jobs in korea.

joymax would loose sooo much money in a court case about why you died in a hunger strike (we know jm are gna do fk all until ur dead lets be fair)
just dont let them bribe u xD no point in spending 6million dollars that they gave u on a game isnt it

What the man said at GNGWC is true you don't want to work for joymax. They know intimatly what is going on. Those of you still playing iSRO I suggest you search the forum here for posts from pred AKA silkypico on xian or bryan. He was/is a member of this forum and confirmed ex JM staff. We at one time had other JM staff that visited here. But all us old farts know pred and can tell you 100% iSRO is a lost cause.
