98 is the start of last tier 10D so no it won't
It will probably be 100 like 10D, so 105 cap has only first tier so no SoM/Sun. I think that is, I don't have a kSRO account so I don't know 100% sure.

no, they have suns, check out the screens in Other SRO Version.

Isn't sun first tier anywayz ?
Btw, im pretty sure mobs go up to like lvl 110 .. correct me if im wrong

99. New degree starts one level below the third tier chest in the previous.

11 degree starts at 101 and it only has one tier.
