Starting SRO again... need advice

I've just reinstalled SRO after a loong, loong break and I'd need some tips:

1; Which server would be ideal for a legit, non-silk-buyer player? I'm looking for a server which is not one of the biggest bot paradises (so quite easy to log in) and has quite a nice legit community. I've played a lot @ Xian and lvled a char 'till its 3x-4x @ Venus, but I don't mind changing server, cuz I had a serious hack and that's why I left the game.

2; I've heard/seen that with D10 there were some changes, like bowers are quite popular nowadays and so on. I'd be happy if you could suggest a build with decent leveling abilities. (I'm not really into PvP, rather PvE solo or party)

Pls share your opinions, the more the better.

Any private server will do. Just forget iSRO. There's no reason to play it.

Try starting on any server with a group of friends. All the servers have similar problems, so it doesn't matter which one you pick.

Venus has 1-2 Legit unions still, I always see partys for ongs or sungs open, a lot of english speaking players, and a 'nicer' community then other servers.
