and death metal songs get ruined by silkroad and by those who make vids like this.

It's the same formula for almost every single SRMV out there. Every scene is so literally true to the lyrics. Some even go so far as to match the video perfectly to the beats of the songs. I really don't get it.

You hardly see any real music video that does this.

You're right. I don't know how hard it is as i never creates sro movies. However, I know what i see other guys do

Yeah, sure it's hard to edit such video. However I rather see a good idea / concept in a movie than someone showing off his video editing skill.

i dont know much about video editing but i do know that its very easy to NOT PUBLISH A RUBISH ONE

The bolded part is called Syncing. You see it done a lot in FPS montages, and its basically essential to a good video nowadays.

Just notice how the shots and stuff are synced well to the music itself.

And I'm sure quite a few people have seen the COD2 Decerto Frag-movie. Just another example of video syncing to the music.

It doesn't have to be frag-videos either, some FPS machinima and music video stuff can work too. Such as the case as Halo 2 player imSuck from his Hollywood Halo thing he has going on even to this day in H3. I would say this is very similar to the SRMV thing that SoulSpear did.

Usually don't like silkroad music videos mainly because they literally turn each word from the lyric into a lame action, but there are some good videos sadly this was not one of them. Did however enjoy the cod2 video .

p.s. you literally turned the I'm so sick part into being sick and having a fever, not so creative .

lol yep... the song has a MEANING... not just some words u can make actions do.

pic any music video on the tv now and i bet you wont find one that just creates actions to words...

you have to make a story out of it... but not out of the lyrics but the meaning.

You have to click anyway, whatever, it autoplays when you open that page. For embeds you have to click play. Either way. ^_^

it's really simple to do masking, edited wasn't any different to anything else i've seen out there for silkroad video's, i swear they all follow the same tutorial or something, i give this a 2/5
