ok when i try to reset my pw...it keeps refreshing the page and it says something like logout or w/e....but anyways..how do I get it to stop. I've had this problem before but usually it stopped after I opened a new page..

use another browser, im using chrome, chrome for some reason doesnt load joymax site, in FF i have the same problem,
works fine with IE

I have friends who can't open the site with firefox, but on my PC i can. Idk what's the reason... Maybe Vista has something to do with this?

yea, i use vista, anyways he just can try another browser

I'm not using Vista, probably that's the problem with the loading of the page ::)

i can open it with FF, cant open it with chrome >_>

You can open it, but not all functions are fully functional in FF.

ff works fine for me. chrome tells me to update my browser. i hate ie so much.

on windows 7 i can't open thier site with ffox, opera, chrome and safari. only browser that can open is IE8, but on XP i can open it only with ffox... i think it depends on OS

It depends on joymax they calculate the chance whether you buy silk in the next 2weeks and if it is too low you'll get problems with the page

lmao probably true BUT on the realistic side, they make pretty yet no-so-functional sites. I have been doing web design for 10+years now and from my perspective, the site is a piece of sh1t. Their web designer does a good job but their programmer needs to go back to school. The first thing you learn is websites must be functional in every browser. They obviously failed this class (or never took it).

I just bought some silk, and when Paypal redirected me back to JM, I got the loop. I tried opening a new tab and going to silkroadonline.net, and still the same problem. I think its a cookie issue. Restarting Firefox worked for me, but I have it set to clear my data after I close the window.

They'll never fix this bug. :|

It could always be worse. It happends to me often (the loop) but 1 time when it happened joymax blocked me for 24 hours, so i wasn't able to buy more silk. So i never click on the "Go back to joymax site" button anymore.
