Joymax silk bug -.-

Howdyy,
Well this afternoon, i ATTEMPTED to buy 300 silk.. i logged on the webby, followed the links as usual.. paid with PayPal.. the payment was accepted.. as i got re-directed BACK to Silkroadonline.net the page refreshed and got in that loop it does, refreshing the link repeatedly and not ever loading a page.. (Usually happens when i buy silk, so it meant nothing)..
10 minutes later, still no silk.. so i was like huhh

~ Went afk for 4 hours shopping, come back to buy a new shiny premium, .. No silk.
So i sent a support ticket thing, but to be honest the reply i will get will be about something completely different, or i wont get a reply. Now i got no idea as to what has happened. I cant buy silk using PayPal on that ID anymore, its dissapeared but if i use anothr ID i can.
Something seriously is Fuc*ed.. and its beggining to p*ss me off now!
Do you got any idea, 100 silk i can deal with going missing, but 300 is about outragous.
What can i do!?

that happens to me..the page keeps refreshing on a blank white screen with joymax info at the bottom..however Once i hit that "return to merchant" button after my silk charge is complete..the silk is always there even with that page redirecting etc.. , regardless , joymax obviously received your payment if it shows up on your paypal history and the best advice I can give is wait 24-48 hours and im sure you will receive your silk, infact I believe on there ToS , it says they may take upto 24-48 hours for all silk deliveries, even tho its usually always instantaneous.

theres nothing u can do... maybe waiting a bit more.. or ... i dno what to suggest sorry.

Maybe there was an inspection or something. Sometimes it gets fcked up, some of my friends had to wait a few days even before they got it >.< Relax, you'll get it.

Well, you can call the bank or credit card people and tell them it was a fraud, they'll make contact joymax or something and you will get your money back to your credit card, i did that when i bought a game through EA store page, dont know if it'll work if you used paypal, but you can give it a try.
EDIT: first of all, go to your credit card website and see if you have been charged

You will most likely get it...they are going to give you the silk you paid for...just wait a day or 2

This is what i would do.
1) Check PP transactions, confirm if the transaction exists.
If transaction is there, quote transaction number n resend JM email.
I see JM replied you an email, does the transaction ID match?
If yes, and it sez you've used all the silks, (which is unlikely, im pretty sure its mistake on your side)
If transaction id doesn't match, inform them.
2) If you've checked PP and the transaction is there and you've charged the right account with no silk received.
Depends how far u want to bring the issue forth. U could file a chargeback with PP and provide all information, which would lead to a ban instantly. And you need to sort out alot of things with both PP and your CC company. If you really hav paid and receive no silk, you WILL get your money/silk back. But u need to do some work.

I paid, they match there saying it was put onto my account and used
I did it just before i went to college to buy a new prem, didnt come so i just stalled.

Yeh, i was like huh when i saw that
