This happens to me when i try install the silkroad game..

Re-download the game client?

I downloaded 2 times .. didnt worked

I went to my friend so he put me his game and its same .. pfff

Im not stupid .. i redownloaded many times:S ...

rofl, well try some Download managers. Sometimes, when you download a file, it doesn't fully download the archive

um... you will need to find out what graphic card you have and motherboard... those are probably the only things ud need to update...

also maybe download Direct X 10... just google it and ull get a link easy.

wrong...I had the same problem on my my windows XP computer and i downloaded the file from 5 different sources and kept getting the same error. I was installing on a user account that had administrator privileges but it was not the original (owner) account, so I tried installing on the owner account and I did not get the "client file is damaged" error anymore and it installed just fine.

i have a network card that works when 2g of ram is in my machine but doesnt when 4g of ram is in my machine no matter where i put the sticks...

the network card i have is a D-Link DWL-G520+
if you think u kno what the problem is or can suggest something to fix it please pm me or put a post here..

had the same problem before, caused by virus... u might need to format ur pc.

windows xp does not support Directx 10. it goes like this

xp dx9
vista dx10
w7 dx 11

its a way that windows can get more money.

i dont think direct X is related to the version of windows you have. Microsoft have said quite frequently that they do not want to dominate the market making it a linear competition (probably because you have to pay a shite load of money for dominating the market and enterprising lol) so i dont think they would increase promotions with more things that make minor differences.

you will need to update it though..

delete your cookies !

Nuke and Reload your entire computer. Should fix it.
