Just wondering. 
Because people don't reed posting rules / post in wrong sections i think.
Although some topics are locked unnecessary imo.

Seems you wish to add to the list of those. Mostly because people are making Q&A/Character Build threads. Thats why. Ask barotix to delete them, if it bothers you so much.
