If he wait for the elixir update he will have a +14 guaranteed. 
(The +2 elixir with 100% sucess rate)

And no,you can't use 10+ elixirs on the same weapon/armor,it will be marked as "Already used" so you can use it only once.

Most people don't know how, but they can make their own +'s >_<. Just add an 11/12/13 w/e to the itemtypenumber, copying all the rest of the line with it, then make the colors as you want. otherwise, there are no other glows past(old) +9.

ahh good old times;) umm for every1 that said the ss is fake.. it was not the glavie rly existed unfortunatelly failed on +13 try:) but still wasnt destroyed. how do i know:? well i was the one who made it so yeah it rly was real:P 2bad Rome changed and no1 from the old team plays there anymore;(
