E-mail verification

Hello,
I wanted to enable e-mail verification on my account, but when I send verification code, I have a white page with this :

is it something wrong with my browser? ( I tryed with firefox and IE) Or is it joymax problem ?

i'd like to see how much traffic decreases when Aion is released in september. or, how many gold bots make it into the server faster than people.
