Hmm i do understand you dont get your money back ... But can you get Account banned4ever ? Cuz i hear ppl saying ... After 7days ur account is unbanned again ...

He is lmfao ... Thats why he was banned for 7Days when Chargeback process was going on ... And when it was finished he just got unbanned ... Joymax fail more ?

I said this many times, and i will say it once more. You cannot chargeback on Joymax as they got smart and track silk now. You will be banned while they prove you received it, then unbanned when PayPal can't do shit.

They also state VERY clearly in their ToS that all payments are non-refundable. So clearly in fact, it has a line on its own at the bottom of the ToS!!

Great information, thanks. I chargedback on my old account, it got banned, i then stopped it the same day, and got unbanned about 10 mins later. Prehaps i should have read the ToS before

...
