I dont think theres a way to get it back, maybe if you call JM and tell them you will pay them they will do something lol, but i doubt it.

Unless JM got bored and changed the rules again, it's 6 months for non-silk buyers and 1 year for silk buyers.

No it won't work. The chars are still there, you just can't access them.
