For those with Email verified accounts.
During the last 24 hours, if their email was being changed. (JM allow emails to b changed even if its verified)
It basically means their account is lost, forever.

i got my pwned char back, (i lended my char to a guy "who pretended to being poor guy who just wanted to play once high lvl char" and screwed me up that way) stupid enough my password was my sa. lolz

Well then people should stop making high level characters and selling them to noobs... You don't own your SRO account. So it's not yours to sell. Joymax owns all of the accounts and they don't want players trying to sell them.

Does that mean that if I believe that Bank of America doesn't care about me, I should not care about them and that I should sell my checking account to someone, or I should buy someone else's checking account from them? Even if BOA specifically says it is against their rules? After all, BOA 'doesn't care about me' so why should I care about their rules?
Caring about what JM wants is irrelevant. If you do something that is against Joymax's TOS, and they punish you (even indirectly) for it, then it's your loss.
