Its cause it first was till 17:30, but they extended it till 18:00.. still, they fail at changing the information shown, so I totally agree there.

Welcome back to the days... incase ppl have forgotten, joymax used to never finish their inspections on time, or there would most likely always be extensions.

DELETE * FROM `accounts` WHERE `accounts`.`lastlogin` < (CURRENT_TIME - XX days);
I don't see anything hard in that. Except if they're retarded and are deleting accounts one by one. <_<
Edit: EPIC FAIL!
Game Inspection Period : Sept 1st, 2009 13:00~19:30 Silkroad Standard Time (6 hours 30 min duration)

Lol, you guys should be grateful with Joymax, it's pretty good compared to TQ Digital(Conquer Online).
For example, in Conquer Online botters get sent to BotJail, first strike they have to pay ~$8 to get out, second strike ~$16 and third strike ~$20. After that, they are permanently stuck there (for some reason some people have got like 8 strikes though

).
In August 2009, TQ organised a "BotJail general pardon". In short, it means all the botters have been released. Also all accounts that were permanently banned were unbanned.
That's one example :/
Edit/ Oh and they once made a patch that sent everyone who logged in to BotJail

.
