which nuker build is better for pure int s/s

i am thinking of going fire,ice and bicheon or ice,light and bicheon can u plz tell me which one is better and why and if i pick the worser build wat will i have to do?

9:1 int hybrid (33 stat points into str) s/s wearing protector
100 ice: defense buff/snow shield/passive
100 lightning: everything
100 bicheon: chain skills 1,3,5,7/knock downs/stabs/passive

this is my build, and the sp requirements are about 1.35mil sp for ff 100. mag balance will be 89% if i remember correctly, and base hp will be just under 11k and max hp from gear will be something like 18.5k. max mag balance can be like 106%, phys 68%
you can add ice wall and other bicheon skills if you want, but it costs more sp obviously.
