Installing new client issue

the installer joymax uses was bugged since the start... i had that pb too... just restart the installer as often until it worx

I had np when i installed on my PC but on the laptop i get this, i'll try and try hope it will work, thanks.

ok first u should uninstall the previous sro version, then
1-Start > run > regedit
2-find this path > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Joymax and delete the folder
3-again find this path > HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Joymax and delete the folder
4- try installing the new version, i hope it work fine

are you on vista? right click it and run as admin

run as xp comp mode..
run as admin..
turn off ur fire wall
close ur anti virus..
if all didnt work.. turn off ur computer.. xd lol.. jk.

http://www.kongregate.com/games/IcyLime/multitaskget 500+ in this game.. and it will work

I read all, i runned as Administrator altough it's no connection between that and this error that i get " This is a client file that can be used after Legend 4,5 update. "

what i did at last update (had that problem too) was to connect just to official site with internet explorer (i'm sorry

) and then tried again, and WOOHO it worked.
(check firewall too)
( i couldnt understand any connection between offi site + game too, but what do expect when you hear "joymax"

Ok, i connected with Internet Explorer, turned firewall off(also turnet antivirus off), same error

try redownloading the update. it may be corrupt

yeah, try to download new client with the exact version, u might downloaded the wrong one.
try to install ur download client from other PC, if it work on other computer, try install it on your own PC. if error exist, there's something wrong with ur computer.

First time I copyed the sro installer from my pc, same error, then i deleted it and downloaded from silkroad website, now i re-downloaded it and got the same error, what's wrong with my laptop? never had this problem since now

eh,didnt get it at first sry
btw he tried all ways to fix this..now im thinking it might be a problem with his windows, dunno if he want to do this but try re-installing a clean version of win and see

when he get that error, it means that he cant connect to JM or something.. something is blocking it..
