i quitted this game a year ago and wanted to login just to see what's new and say HI to old friends and it's impossible. IMPOSSIBLE. 6 hours trying to login.


NOW I REMEMBER WHY I QUITTED THIS SHIT, OMG WORST GAME EVER

EVERYTIME I START THIS GAME I END UP FEELING BAD

If you can log in and play the game then it is 'free'. Sure waiting 12hours to get in, but you can still get in for free and play for free.

So free game is still free.

Can you LOG IN the game without PAYING? Yes you can. The game is still FREE. Is it reasonable waiting 12hours? Of course not, but it is still FREE. Every 'free' game has the same bullshit. Not the log in problem, but the 'over powered' cash items. By 'overpowered' I mean that little boost free users cannot get, because they choose not to buy anything.

If you quit the game why are you bitching on these forums anyhow?

SRO is Pay to PLAY RIGHT NOW!

There is a difference. If you're willing to wait, you can play for free. One would hope that after (if at all) Joymax cleans up some of the server congestion (maybe will never happen) that the wait will get shorter.

The wait can be shorter if you're using certain login servers as per the one guide on these forums.

So no, SRO is not pay to play. Stop spreading lies!

lol I hardly play. I just love reading the comments, but it's true. If you can log in and play then the game is free.

Maybe it's something related to various factors.
I play on Iris and I saw your location is Argentina (I'm an argentine too).
I was having problems with my ISP (Arnet) but I argued with them and they solve it.

Now I've no problems to log in.
It takes to my brothers 2 seconds to get in and without premium.

And at first I was having dcs all the time then I realized it was because of my ISP too. Seriously, check your ISP, some of them disconnects you to save bandwidth (specially Arnet).

I've found the perfect time to log in is at our saturday's night.

The word was originated from nexon where those programmer couldn't spell properly. In the game maplestory when a person quits the guild a message will appear saying "____ have quitted the guild."

As a result this have affected millions of people world wide into thinking that quitted is actually a word.

Technically speaking its free........Technically...... A few months ago prior to the new login system is wasn't free..Time is money and a lot of people where sitting at their PC retying in the image verification over and over....That's not free...But since the new login system is automated then ya ....SRO is free...

as far as i see it the game as always been free to play. not once ever in the game have users been forced to pay money to play the game. there was always the option to not pay(which meant extremely long waiting times). but no user is forced to pay to play.

Everything in stores are free too. You just have to take a chance and hope you don't get caught stealing.

thats not the same. your punished if your caught stealing. you not punished for not buying a prem.
