so basically I got a call after work today from a Dennis , he works for joymax, and was confirming my attendance at the GNGWC Qualifying round on August 30th ,
and was wondering which build at this cap do you think would dominate the others..

OK SO!!!
I had to fight the kid who went to korea last year , he pm's me right before it starts and pretty much tells me he has never lost a PVP...GREAT!!!! needless to say..he pretty much showed me whats up with how to PVP 1v1 at 80 cap ...hahaha


ANYWAYS , I had fun , and took lots of pics , spoke with fun GM's , it was a really good event.

Warrior/Cleric ? possibly

well it might be a lot different this year considering new updates..I doubt they will exclude euro race..its apart of the game now :S
I only hope the other kids im fighting on sunday are lvl 20 n0bs

due the raze and mastery unbalanced the euros arent part of GNGWC event , well this is the info from some participant

Bicheon Swordmanship or Pacheon bowmanship

bow & blades have dominated the previous years

& also, if joymax hasn't changed it

2 years ago they gave me a lvl 80 hybrid char for u to choose the masteries for

last year they gave me a lvl 80 unstated char to choose stat & mastery for

so basically this year could either go back to a premade stat char or a unstatted char lvl 80 most likely & w/ skills up to lvl 80, u'll buy 8d 1st tier npc gears

my advices on getting through the prelim (it's ..... easy, got past both years & w/ multiple accounts)

-buy all 3 kinds of armor & wear them according to who ur opponent is (if he's str based, wear pro to armor, if he's int based wear pro to garms)

-definitely buy a shield

-there's no immunity, so ice'em up (then again there were some dam ice bladers vs. ice bladers & that pissed every1 off)

-u have around 10-15mins to make ur char so take ur time & pick wisely...

-use snow shield whenever u have the chance

-ALSO REMEMBER TO SET UR POT & PILLS B4 BATTLE, DUH!!!

ice bow seems to be the popular choice so far..

s/s, spear, ice, lightning, 60 force

Why? Shield to stay alive and chains, spear to do nice mar damage, ice for defense, lightning for nukes, and force for debuffs.

Friend of mine got 3 of his characters in the prelims and he declined them all because he doesn't play anymore lol.
He said he thinks that they only pick people from CA, but I'm not sure about that, if its true, though, that sucks.

Personally, I'd take a 1:7 hybrid int spear nuker 80 heuksal/Fire/Light 60 Cold.

Seems like its true since a guildmate is from CA and he was accepted.

heh ya well Im 30 minutes from Los Angeles , so maybe that cali thing is true.

well am going to and am 45 min from LA my friend who lives down the street and another friend i met online all from greece got in to the gngwc and to add my friend put in 2 chars and both got in lol ...soo all 4 greece chars are with in 10 min from each other in cali

I would go for an Archer. 100 Pacheon 100 Fire 80Light 20 Ice.

i think if it is 1vs1 then you should take force 100 somehow.. against chinese chars+ no holy word -> RULING

how about pach 100 fire 100 force 100
or something new : pach 100 fire 80 force 100 ice 20 (do also learn the frost bolt!)

You cant choose euro chars and char level is lvl 81!
Best char is full str glavie.

full int ice bow since nobody can be ice immune, just get all of the freeze things and spam it.

The Admins were awesome XD funny guys, funny group, didnt seem like a typical gm at all, and at the end, we destroyed all 3 of them!

    * 16 Players will battle each day for a total of 32 players. Of those 32, 16 will be chosen to go the semi-final round in Los Angeles.
    * After the semi-final round there will be 2 players who will make it to the Final Round to be held in Korea.

why bitch and moan? if you dont know how to play and are just going to bitch about how one race overpowers another then just quit. If you dont suck you wuold know you could easily kill a Euro.

Because you used the word "Suck" as in suck at playing this game..and the term "Don't know how"....You making it seem like this game requires a lot of human abilities to play it..like most first person shooters and other games....When someone has the best sh*t in this game and you don't its over..plain and simple...
