About unique's parties, dmg, banning and stuff

I am trying to understand this from a long time, but still i'm not sure about some things, so i would like to hear your oppinion on them 
First of all, i am talking about the things in general, forget lvls and sun weapons, that's not what i wanna know
So let's start with the one who takes the kills. As we know this is the person that made the most DMG in the party that made the most DMG. Even if some other player made more DMG but his party made less, he won't take the kill. Correct me if i'm wrong
Second. What happends with the DC'ed/Left/banned member's dmg? Does it stay in the party as dmg, or it just dissapears as the player is missing from the party? Or it is different depending if the player is DC'ed or banned/left?
At Medusa i have seen many strong parties not taking the kill after someone get's DC'ed (even if it's not from the main dmg dealers) and i've seen many weak parties taking it, since no one has DC'ed. So what's your oppinion about this one? Does the DC of the bards for example affects the dmg, or let's say the cleric's DC? I mean, if the party's DMG stays the same, does the simple DC of a members affects the chance of getting the kill?
We know the dmg resets if you use reverse return scroll (It wasn't until one point, but they changed it, so now it does afaik). What about if you go out of the range of the party, or if you leave and join again? What about if someone who was in other party leaves it and joins your? Does he come with the dmg he made in the other pt (some kind of dmg stealing) or he starts to make dmg for the party at the moment he joins?
Also, i was wondering about the bard buff. Let's say in the 1st pt we have 3 wizard and in the second 2 wizards with 2 bards giving 68% mag att (all wizards make equal dmg). From my logic the second party should make more dmg, what do you think?
Hmmm that's all that i could think of for now, i would really like to hear your thought about those things (i mean thoughts, not just YES/NO). And if you have something else to add, i would like to hear it too
