best place to plvl a lvl 74 character

Please can someone help me? i am looking for a place with a safe spot, good spawn and good exp/sp
I am using a lvl 96 wizard

Wrong section, and SRF will discourage use of powerleveling, especially at this high level.
You can find place for yourself, its not rocket science.

Wing/Beak peak. Antinokes would be too low.

Wing tribe. I make my taxies there with chars lvl 72-81 and they lvl up perfect. There is one spot and claw peak, on the rocks, one on heart peak just under the sign, it' also on the rocks. And one other on Heart peak, behind the big strange thing, i really have no idea how to tell you exactly where, ut you should find them.

well, plvling a 74 char will be a never ending grinding for hit barely a lvl imo

Not if you can get lvl 1 chars in the pt
But meh, that's another story which will end up with "Hmmm how can you log in your char and a lvl 1.."
It's all about the average lvl, that's all i'm saying
