i figure if there were players doing this on all servers 24/7 bots would cease lol or joymax would show their true colors and make it so that theives cant attack people not in job suits

i did bot traps at 80 cap started getting harder and harder when 90 cap came because everyone was so obsessed with buying gold that if you stopped the flow they would get pissed.

Nice, our union in Eos did this for 24 hours straight, swapping out characters when durability got low. Hotan spawn point was filled with broken goldbots. <guess they managed to delevel them below their weapon level.

EDIT: dropping gold to lure them into the death trap is a great idea, will have to remember that

"bot traps" you spend time and potions for what? they die, they will teleport to the city again, so what? unless the companies have computers with less than 512ram they will not be disconnected.

u don't get it. The point is to delevel them enough so they can't wear their weapons anymore...

Wish we could see the faces of the player botters when they return to their PC and noticed that they've de-leveled...like twice... . They will feel compelled to sit at their PC from then on..which defeats the purpose of botting...

well not exactly true because as u can see in the vid people were on horses and stuff leavin the town and u could always just go around them.. if you have a brain and your not a bot you will find a way around it.

got alot of positive reactions, nobody killed (or tried to) the lightning thieves the "trap" actually offered to help me since i can only get low lvl thiefs (lvl 66) it was fun lots of people stood still and watched how the bots died

does anyone remember the 1 gold drop spam script? does anyone know where i can find it? luring bots into trap dropping 1 gold manual is hard :| nearly impossible with more as 2 goldbots :|

my first vid ever maybe it motivates people to make a trap too got a pretty nice loop on the end still shitload of bots who keep dying from mobs because gear doesn't fit anymore
