couple of people asked me to translate it for them since free google translation is very crappy. here it is.

이에 맞춰 유럽과 중국 캐릭터의 최대 스킬 마스터리 레벨 제한이 각각 조정됩니다.

tyvm. Looks like it was pointless for me to have a 2 mastery China character :S. Owell at least I have enough sp leftover to add a 3rd mastery and farm some more >_>.

ok I understand changing the chinese mastery lvl so they can have 3 masteries but why the european one? If euros had 3 masteries they would be insanely overpowered.

lol..... just to let you guys know... i looked through ksro web page... and they got their new +5,6,7,8,9,10 shine on 03/2008. which is over a year ago. so... don't even know why we're so hyped up about a update that we aren't gonna get for over 10months... hahahaha. most of us are gonna hit 100cap and be sick of spending $30 per month just to get in the server and quit by then. lol (my opinion.)

It could go down so that chinese get 2 masteries and euros get 1 mastery but that would make the game kind of boring

You can't raise the mastery above your own lvl ofcourse. Otherwise all the farmed ong chars can grind with lvl 100 skills O_o

It could go down so that chinese get 2 masteries and euros get 1 mastery but that would make the game kind of boring
Plus it's joymax, lowering might make gameplay more balanced and w/e, and less need for tickets lol.

by raising the max masterie they just mean raising the max skill mastery from 100 to 105 xD, nothing will change about the MASTERY CAP
