I was thinking, JM got around ppl doing chargeback on them since they can prove that they delivered the silk right? What if you countered it with saying how you couldn't use it. JM made it impossible to log in to the game to use said item. You could even show pictures or offer proof of how you can't log on to use the silk.

So basically JM is still scamming you as you bought something, but they made it so you can't use what you bought. Pretty much selling a defective item than.

Just wondering if anyone has tried that.

It doesn't matter. They changed the ToS, you can chargeback but you wont get your money back.

But it's Paypal that handles the money right? I always though chargeback was paid by Paypal who than later charges or raises their commission for JM.

I haven't read through the ToS in a long time. What did they fix? Unless they said, if you give us money, we never give back regardless, I don't see how they could get Paypal to side with them...

besides use reason it was a charge that you didnt make... :S not that you didnt like it because it means you recieved it

u paid for the silk in the first place, and that's what they can prove
ur responsible for the consequences and the risks of not getting in.

Oh dear... not this again.

Basically, you know what you are getting before you pay for it. They have a tracking system for silk now, and regardless of whether you spent it or not, if you have recieved it, you cant do a thing to get your money back.

Unless you go direct to your credit card company and report it as an unauthorised payment, then you might have a chance.
