Maybe one of you went through this & know what to do.
I wanna buy a premium for one of my characters but the paypal option is not there to purchase silk. Yes my character is over level 20. (lvl 66)
Is there a way I can update this maybe it's not picking up my character level or does any one know what to do?
-I have a character with a premium already & when I log in on the silkroad website same computer the paypal option is there, just not with the other character.

lvl another char to 20 and see if that works. If not you probably made the account in a country where paypal is not a payment option.

I'll try & make that lvl 20 character though if I can log in.

If u already tried charging silk today, u have to wait for the 'timer' to reset (00h00 Korean time). U can only try to charge silk once per day with PayPal.

No No. The option isn't there at all. I know the difference between a paypal or transaction error. But I mean the paypal payment option is not there at all only click & buy & blah blah blah.

on one of my accounts that my friend gave me , he is from a country where paypal isnt an option , so the account has been defaulted to not use paypal , so the option isnt even there for me , however on my noobie lvl 32 account , which I made and stated that USA was my home country , paypal showed up after lvl 20..

I wanted to buy silk today but the Joymax website has been giving me errors all morning. Is this happening to you too?
