Well, today whilst looking through my media pk2 files, in the login ui section i found a ddj file called serverchanger.
I opened it up in photoshop and got this.



Were Joymax going to give us the option to change server?! If so, then what ever happened to this, cause it's sitting in the Media.pk2, but just not enabled.

Nice find... Would someone care to translate?

Guess I would move to the oldest xD

Mayb whole SRF could move to 1 server.

now this would be nice, but it would be messy if someone moves to your server and has the same char name :S

It looks like a poster announcing one of the server merges in the non international version. Left side were the old server names, right side is what they changed into.

You can move your char to any older servers. Items cant be transfered with the char
only the char can be transfered no items or gold can be taken with..

pretty sure it is just the login servers
when you fail to connect, it redirects you to one of the lesser used servers then switch again when you fail

or something like that :S

at the end of the war with bots, joymax will then state "Due to finally banning the bots, there is no need of 400 servers, please enjoy this server inspection so that we can finally make only 7 servers. Thank you! ... this is not the end to finally making the game better"

Its for kSRO

They merged servers together

Those with high population stayed the same

Those with low population got merged into a new server...

If there was name conflicts you had to change your character name....

This is very old and does not relate to isro at all....
