Which Underbar Do you Prefer? *UPDATED!!!*

Hi.
I'm starting a new UI package for the community, since I'm quite bored.
I've come up with 2 Concepts for a new skill bar.
Whichever bar is most liked by the community, I will use the same art style for the rest of the UI (Mp Bar, Loading screens etc)
Note: These bars are in their Alpha stages, but they give a general idea of the color schemes and styles used.
It would mean a lot to vote in the poll, and give and suggestions to their development below.

Here, is my new version. I used some elements from Underbar2, but i decided the color scheme was not working well on either underbar, so I went with a new approach.
This is my first draft of the new underbar and I think it's almost done.
Here it is:

I've closed the original poll, since that part of my research is over.
As always though, please vote and post any comments on the new bar

Add more green to the bottom one and it would be a lot better.
The background thing to the first one is too plain.

Thanks for the feedback so far guys. Keep the comments coming, I'm already thinking of ways to make the bars better, and I'll give an update to them in the near future.

i hate this one. it was used by many loaders/bots a while ago and when i see it i cannot seem to grasp the concept. this guy put the effort in and did it himself. i just think thats bs for the amount ive seen it.
my brother used 2 have it with his loader -.-

agreed.. i guess it will flow more with places like dw and stuff but once your onto other landscapes it's gonna stick out like crazy.

Too many lines & ugly color(s), i get a headache from looking at it ><
The green is nice though, U might want to change the color from the box that shows sp, cuz it's hard to read the amount of SP; or change the color of the SP
Underbar 2:
Brown isn't my thing
The lines are nicely done, but they shouldn't overlap I/u/Esc/F10 buttons
The skillslot isn't that nice cuz only the first one matches the lines & the others don't match the 'total'.
Missing Arrows (above/under F1)
Atm, underbar 1 is my favorite, but that brown with black&brown lines ruins the underbar for me

Well.
It seems that according to the poll, most people are in favor of UnderBar 2.
So, I will be doing a new version of it, and incorporating some elements of UnderBar 1 as well as your suggestions into it.
So hopefully I can release a new version relatively soon.

lol i know its a common excuse but its true. he sucks at every mmorpg and the same as my friend irl however this paticular friend is legit.
every time i outlevel them they quit. SRO FlyFF WoW Mu online JD he just sucks ass.
and yea my brother bots. and my friends bot too. if you can prove i bot (if any1 has there doubts) then ill give you my account my laptop and my pc if you can prove i bot.
