I did charge back in my character ...
and Joymax replayed to the claim about the charge back and they said :

From Seller: Joymax Entertainment on 7/16/2009 23:40 PDT
Please be informed that we have deposited your Silk in your account. Please refer to our policy that all Fees and Charges are non-refundable. Please refer to Users Agreement. We are hoping for your deepest understanding with this issue.

What's it mean ,that I will not got my money back I understood but what about the character he will come back from the ban?

I recall someone saying they don't give your money back. They just ban.
But, from what I understand from what the sent you, they gave you your silk( )

Just check your paypal,or whatever you use, if you got your money.
If you didn't and your account is banned, well bad luck :/

lol. That's what you get for trying to get your money back for the product you have used.

I highly doubt they'll unban the account.

Partly correct.

You can no longer chargeback on Joymax, they got smart and are now able to track Silk. If you have it, they will not give you a refund, and their policy says they will never refund your money.

You will get banned, but WHEN Paypal decide the case in Joymax's favour, you will be unbanned.

(Speaking from Experience btw... I wanted to quit and CB'ed everything. JM wouldnt let me)

And If I will cancel by myself the charge back from my Paypal the character will get back right now ?
and one more question ,if I cancel the request to charge back I cannot to reopen it again right?
and someone understand about it good can leave here messanger /skype or something I will can talk with him about it ?

Im pretty sure they ban your account..but it should be unbanned in a couple weeks if anything

In paypal, did you claim your chargeback reason as item not received or unauthorized transaction?

So from experience no just cancel, say it was a mistake, let Joymax win & get your account back. If not you'll lose both your account & money.

U can lose both money and account, if u alrdy used the silk then joymax gonna win the case and they must unban the acc right after, but if you by chance won (doubt it) u will get ur money back but acc stay banned.

BTW i just cant believe that this greedy and shitty company upgraded to be able to track silk, but cant (i know they can, just they dont want) do anythin about the loaders and bots.

Thanks bro for information ,but the problem is that he bought lets say more than 2000 silks so he can make charge back after charge back... so until I will be able to play the account It's will take a lot of time...
because every dispute situation takes 7-14 days so imagine how much I will be should to wait ?
and someone told me that I have to approve that I make the charge back by the email on the account ,so if is it true and I'm not approve the charge back and say that not me did it they cancel it alone?

maybe you shouldnt go buying accounts, like the tos says. you totally and completely deserve this.

First of all....it doesnt matter if u buy 100,200 or 2000 silks, u CANT do any chargeback after 45 days from purchase, u CAN do chargeback, or try to do so, for the whole lot u have bought, i mean, 100, 200 or 2000 silks,not for 100 at a time....so if ur "friend" did or try to chargeback, gaymax wont let him do it so once the disput its over and paypal informs that no chargeback can be done, then the acc will be banned....but...i dont get it....if u bought the char and ur "friend" did chargeback...hoe the **** did u charge silk on that acc if it was banned??? please, if u have any other question or want more info, be honest and say the truth, if not the i ask a mod to close this bs thread, thank you.

It's the truth ,I bought the character and the guy made charge back.
so as you say after 45 days It's unpossible to make charge back,so how when I was trying to make cb by myself on something I bought before 2-3monthes was possible ?
and I want to know what's will happen to the account after Paypal will done the dispute ,my character will unbanned?

You are going to get a lot of wrong information because many people here have a credit card and don't know how to use it. Same goes for bank transfers. I bet most don't even have one and use their parents'.

Your best source of information is PayPal or your Bank/Credit card company.

If you want your money back (some may disagree), you don't file a dispute with PayPal... you file a dispute with your credit card company that you used with PayPal or the bank for the bank transfer.

your bank or credit card company will probably send a letter saying that you have to settle the dispute with the 3rd party company paypal.

You don't understand ,I don't want money back I just bought this character and the guy I bought from him did charge back and the character right now in ban.
I have to know if he will back from ban,and how can I to avoid from the guy who sold me the character to make charge back.
Btw I can get him Paypal account.
