My masteries stucked at lvl 64 can't down level it

Hello eveyone

i have a problem going to kill me
my masteries stucked at lvl 64 and i cant down level it any more
i'm lvl 95 warlock /bard with 5 gap my masteries at lvl 90

i decided to down lvl my warlock and add the cleric and started to collect curst hearts all were fine till lvl 64 ,cant down lvl my warlock masteries even all the skills below lvl 56 "check the image "

looked to me as if the skill "Shadow Armor" wasnt quite lvled down enough ..try lvling it down 1 lvl then see if you can dlvl the mastery

yeh Shadow Armor is what it looked like. btw, its easiest just to dlvl all the skills and then the mastery.

just use "Camtasia Studio" to record from your screen and save it as a Gif animation image

hehe, i change from blader > glaive > pach. won't change anymore, although i do miss being a blader. good luck with the change.
