i wonder if the extra inspection was some sort of a way to detect the people who tried to bot ASAP.
maybe he's a fake GM, or a GM giving shit to people for sexual favors.

they covered it up though, removed his name and reduced the # of banned people by 1....
which suggests it was of higher importance.

FFS he didnt bot, it was his little brother playing his character and his brother doesnt talk. If it wasnt his brother, he lent the account to a friend it wasnt actually him. Dont u get it >.<

Either they are banning the fake GM's that appeared years ago that were blocked but not banned.
or
They are testing illegal programs for the new bot blocking software that will be added sooner or later. Those are the only two i can think of.

and on a side note im in shock and confusion i remember this guy from years ago been a terrible gm xD
logging in im sure if a problem for a gm aswell i mean i seriously doubt they thought enough into things to make it easy for them
