Why does 0% stones are expensive like the Str 0% can someone explain thanks.

It means after the stone is used, it has 0% chance of altering another stat.

I want to make a gear +6 str. With 0% stones it will be easier to make it +6 str rather than 10-30% stones?

i have pimped many items max blue
there is no matter what stone is 10 or 30%
i have had several times 1 30% stone and str or int +6
as i remember i used 40+ 10-30% stones to fix mag attack and other stats never changed
0% stones are very useful when you have acheived very good br or very good crit and you need to add blues
then it is 100% safe that br or crit remains as it is with 0% stones ...
