Does the Jagan cave lags?

I set my graphics to low I still lag... Anyone can help me to reduce lag? When i fight outside i don't lag like in cave

Maybe its just the servers playing up, there EXTREMELY un-stable right now.. I logon my farmer, BOOM 2 hours later i get the best message ever..

"You have been disconnected"
