Another one of my weird questions that's been floating around. If you hit level 50 you can go to the caves, but what happens if you deleveled? Can you still go in? I'm asking about this because the system seems to think once you hit a certain level, and delevel your still that level, case and point being no reverse teleport after deleveling after hitting level 20. Thanks! lol.

You can't. The caves were pre-euro, pre-academy. They work like weapons and jewelry, if you dlvl, you must then get back to the required level in order to make use of it again.
