SO I just noticed, it's already at 1.199. This should mean that the next update we get will be a whole new client, roc, and everything. I smell new stuff coming in the next inspection or 2. Anyone else thinks they will be opening the new client and roc stuff before GNGWC?

roc is what 2 lvls higher than medusa? it shouldent be much harder to kill him ppl can already tank that huge bitch anyway

I heard it haz lots more hp, on tSRO I often see medusa die while roc just "disappears"

Have 2 hours to kill Roc and it has 8x the HP of medusa, at least that's what I remember from some rumors xd

And afaik his AoE/Dmg is much higher then Dusa bitchy ball throwing.

Seems like Roc its more 'tankable' than Medusa. But he will be more annoying because of the many effects...

Wasn't there a topic before about how the client version means nothing?
I don't think the roc update will be coming at 2.00 (it increases by .01 each week, right?) because.. they don't even have the new client ready for download yet ;\

Only if there's a patch ie. new avartar, change of magic pop items etc... there have been occasionally that it's just an inspection with no patch

Things that make it hard to kill him;
The time limit & he spawns at random places, I once saw him at Hotan West(when the update was out a week or something).
And he spawns his own 'mini-uniques I heard'

Random places? i Thought it spawns on somekind of a Dungeon like Medusa.

Yes he spawns at a dungeon in roc mountain ... Bloody is a nice guy but his information is a bit off sometimes :p
You need to do some quests before you are allowed to enter the dungeon, en yes, nobody has killed Roc in our server in CSRO yet. But the spawns give
hella lot exp, so its still nice to go there
