i'm 99% certain (don't rage if i'm wrong) that you can't ping the isro server ip's like your are doing atm with sjsro ip's. AFAIK its a safeguard against being dos'd.

i get time out, maybe due to being at work..

I think I tried it before and couldn't ping them. Yes, on a router you can just turn off pings so those packets don't even reach a computer. Probably an option on most firewalls too.

You can't ping the SRO servers they have it blocked.

Could just be the login servers, not the server itself. I pinged around 43ms for both from Washington. I remember something about how iSRO servers were stationed in San Jose, California or something like that. Seems about right if this is the actual SRO login server
