Hello,

I want to tell you how Joymax made me quit this game, all my months of play, my money, now it's over.

Today i was at FW @ Bandits, I died and after teleport i got DC, no problem here, after that i logged to game, i enter my ID and pw and logged on, i saw my char had 0 HP so normaly must resurect in town, i click Start and i log in the area of Bandit Fortress in a mountain and after 2-3 sec i DC, i tried it 50 times every time i log on i get dc, i gave my infos to a friend to try, same problem.

Joymax bugs wanted me to quit, i don't know what to do now as i was lvl 99 and 70% just 30% to hit 100 and i can't start over again because i spent a lot of time and money.

just keep sending them a bug report and they will teleport to you jg/dw/ht, after inspection maybe...

I tried to send a bug report but after i confired it there was like a message "don't except to get an answer"

As far as i know if someone send Premium e-mail it will get an answer 100% but I can't send because my premium was over few days ago

what ? I've never bought a premium and i always send them the email and they reply in same day most of the time
i guess you only need to have silk in your account.

Could you send me a private message with the steps you did when you wrote them a report also with the links please as i am confused because i saw 3 different methods to report a bug

silo, i don't see what quitting a game has to do
with iq. it's just a way of spending your free time.

You should really try this before just quiting and BTW would you really stop on a lvl 99 char because of a bug ? i would do as the other said. keep sending messages to joyMax and they will see it (i hope)

And yeap Guide was good.

I read a smilar post from that Guide the other player that have this bug same with me said he sent like 50 report bugs and did not not any answer, same bugged like on on bandits fortres war.

What does your name stand for? Looks like one of those names that matches the same people that would the same line in every town accept they have names like IAAAA IAAAAA IAAAAA..

Or, as a last hope, try next fortress war. Since you DCed while FW was on, and not reviving in town, try reviving next FW. :/

wow that sucks.
lots of friend had bugs too. like stuck to login server etc.
just DO NOT give up.

Did they got unstuck?

Looks like another guild memeber have the same bug, today, its about that command post where we spawned afted died and dced

I never said someone did this, Im just suggesting.

easy solve by sending bug reports, the only problem I see now is the fact that you gave ur info to a "friend" so he could try and login. I myself can trust several guild members with a 98+7 weapon/ 100 legs/chest ect. but giving my info is not something I do. I know my guild master share his account with a friend, but a real life friend that lives a few blocks away from his home. being bug may not make u quit but getting hack by a friend might. not trying to say ur friend will but unfortunately is very difficult to trust any1 in SRO with acc. info.

It's my real life friend, he lives in the same city with me, another player sent like 100 reports and did not got any reply, i sent 2 reports, i will wait.

You will never get a reply. I had the same issue I sent a bug report everyday for about a week and half before I got reset to a town. There is hope on that issue its about the only issue that has hope.

You just don't want to trust anyone...Several ingame friends got my info and I doubt they'll ever do something wrong with it.

I didn't read all the reply, but i'm too drunk to do so, so sorry.
My guild member had the exactly same problem. ----> viewtopic.php?f=2&t=108382

The problem is coming from the last comand post (the one that is near to the mountine) when you dc there you get stuck. I fixed hos char by logging in to another server, making a new char, lvl up to 2-3 and then his char was ok.
The problem is we had 2 more players stucked there. but they were somehow stucked at the teleports, so they got unstucked the next FW.
So my advice is, try the thing with the other server, or if it doesn't work, well... wait until next FW (your guild must be registradet again for the bandit FW) and you will be ok... i hope....

If your guild isn't signed up for fw you should be flown back to town when the next fortress war begins. But better login when its happening i tryed to stay in the fw area and login during fw and i was back in town when i logged in.

This was awhile ago though

Made other char on other server, lvled up to 5, then logged to Uranus, bug, again, same dc bug

Well that is pretty big problem.....
I don't know what advice to give you....
We had 3 chars crucked - one was inside, the same place as you, and i unstucked it with the logging in into another server.
Other two were stucked at the teleport, one was debugeed after 2 weeks, when we were at the FW and he logged in in the time of the FW.
The other one was unstucked after 4 wekks again in the time of the FW.
Sorry i can't help you, when i posted my topic some people gave me good advice, but they were including some illegal actions(they gave it in PMs), so i can't post them here.
I didn't need to use them because i unstucked the char, but it sounded logicly that it could help. Still it was illegal....
