I don't get how some people get items like armor or weapons even normal ones we usually sell to NPC...I grind and hunt my butt of all day if i can and when i got to repot in town and open my inventory all i have is some tablets that aren't worth anything at least for a lot of people in Donwhang. The one time i got something it was an SOStar which basically sold for 2mil and it was a lvl 17 armor and it from those headless stone monsters lvl 30...
My question is that is there a specific spot full of mob that drop items good or bad or is it just some people's in game luck that they get most of the good stuff...?? I've played and i tried an archer pure str and nuker pure int when i saw many of them doing damage and getting items non-stop!!! PLZ CLARIFY THIS!!!!!!!!!

Only good drops are lvl 98-100
or below that if is Sun.
why are 98-100 Good drops?
well u can +5 the at least add full blues and sell.
pvling/botting destroy the market for low lvl players.

Well it's just luck it doesn't matter what type of build you have or anything so just keep killing shit and maybe you will get a sosun or something.

SOS SOM and SOSUN are dropped 100% randomly. Also its all about luck finding good items.

I barely get items that are not SOS SOM or SOSUN! but thx for the clarification though...Nice to see bots exploited SRO and destroyed it for the low lvls and JM doesn't do much to help it's low lvl players

Hmm...I Would like to have some SoX Drops too...All I Have got is Lvl 33 SoS Chinse Garment Shoulder (Talisman or Whatever it is)

Never got SOX drop, so i don't even expect them . I think my Pet has collected best items while i'm stalling . I rondo all normal gear, also ones w/ +1..3 and blues. I got no time or space to stall them.

SOS SOM and SOSUN are dropped 100% randomly. Also its all about luck finding good items.

Well I am currently grinding at the Evil Order Warriors/Soldiers, they are 'green mobs' for me. I usually have a full inventory with items before I've used 100pots =/

to get good drops on a higher level than under 10 is: kill 10000 mobs and hope that the luck is on your side...on a higher level you need more luck =P
easier way is to get drops without only luck and with some work....CHANGE THE GAME xD

you don't see what you get as drops while you are grinding?

if youre pt grinding, set the party to item share. drop rates is better when youre in item share pt.

Pickup pet...and I rarely look to see what I get either, for all I know someone else drops stuff and my pet grabs it.

One day I got a fully blued +3 cleric rod, level 80. I had to look in all chat and see if someone else had lost it.

Once you get to 9x, you'll see how fun grinding for drops gets. Sometimes I'm lucky and I'll get 3 or 4 drops in 5 hours, but most of the time, I get nothing but tabs and elixers. Something that helps increase your drop rate is grinding on blue/light green mobs. XP gets shittier, but you get more drops. Anything that's 10d 2nd tier and up fetches you a decent amount of gold at the moment. So grind on 94+ mobs if you want drops of value, or on whatever is blue/green for tons of drops. Red mobs decreases drop rate btw.

I'm barely lvl 3 right now i just anew again or should i just continue with my lvl 20 (i think ) pure str archer on troy hope to get lucky and rich and hold that money for a nice bow at lvl 90? or just go with my new pure int s/s??? I wouldn't mind if some1 wants to taxi me till 90, but i do promise if you do this for me then if i get good items i can make it worth your pains

P.S I can figure out most prices fairly quickly and i do know how much stones go for I've sold lot of 8d stones for friends i might be able to market yours next week if you like but my payment will differ

90-98 drops dont really sell unless they are like weapons or decent drops... so I usually instead of npcing them or trying to stall them for a week I break them down into elements and sometimes get stones of it...and then i pack up the elements and sell those...cause everybody needs elements one time or another

Guys i'd appreciated if i got tips for a starting player maybe a lvl 3 s/s pure int? ( i still don't know if it is gonna be s/s or spear...) But those tips are great once i get to lvl 90+ But to tell you the truth i have tendency to attack monsters 5-10 lvls higher once i have my nukes...I'm an idiot i know but srsly for starters i need tips for until 32 cause I really want SOS or SOM weapons.. I DON"T CARE IF ITS NOT SOSUN! at 32 I usually stop grinding for a sometime do trade runs enjoy the runs b4 getting to lvl 40+ and changing jobs...stupid JM took off the 1* protection for 40+ players....

Starting a chinese character is very easy, if you start out as a bow.You can switch later, but the distance attack is very helpful to a low level character.TBH, most people now just make thier way to Sam and run to ongs. Having a very low level in a farm party increases the % for the entire party by dropping the party's average level.
So, make a character, spam 10k menz plx and tele to Sam.

Translation: Most servers, including Troy, will have parties at ongs that are FREE. Check globals, the party list, etc. It won't take you far, but seeing that you are lvl 3/20, it's a start.

EDIT: If you don't have gold, you'll be facked once you are plvled up a bit though. You won't get far in 2x gear if you are 6x with no gold.

hmmm i found one 2day but i didn't have any gold to get there i spammed like no one helped so i gave up and i grind on my own

sengir is correct, when you take plvling, you wont gain gold from it, which will only hurt you in the long run.
