Could someone post this on the Official Forum pls?

I can't seem to log on to the official forum. I keep getting a lag-out when I try. Could someone post this question for me?
Topic: Why are ice nukes getting weaker?
This can't be right.... I just checked MMOsite...
First Ice Nuke
Ice Shot lvl 18
lvl mastery MP dmg freeze frost sp
18 64 1310 235~352 (250%) 148 148 1079
Third Ice Nuke
Double shot lvl 16
lvl mastery MP dmg freeze frost sp
16 100 5423 226 ~ 339(250%) 200 200 5675
Could JM explain why they decided to make a higher lvl move weaker than the first? This is just frustrating as I love ice nukes, but they are sooo weak. Even a lvl 1 first book fire nuke can outdmg this.

That's the lvl of the skill. The mastery is 64 vs 100. So a skill that's 36 lvls higher hits weaker somehow. I can't imagine why JM would do that... in most games, shouldn't skills get stronger...

Well the last ice nuke at 120 looks really cool. If the pk2 edit was done right, I will def want that skills. odds are it will require both the first and third book maxed. I just dunno why JM made a more advanced skill weaker. I only know a few ppl that get the third nuke simply for the look. They never use it except to mess around.
I've also noticed alot of ppl using the advanced version of frost nova storm and ice field. It also lasts crazy long. Maybe with the advanced ice, it will be harder to instantly pill them off? Or can this still be done?
Ice looks, and sounds cool, but it's usefullness seems cut short by universal pill auto-pot.

Nukes never stay the same power with increasing levels. MMOsite is garbage with their information.

ahh ok, so it does get a little stronger. I guess it's alright. It's the third ice nuke which has about the same power as the third fire nuke at lvl 1.
Flame Wave wide lvl 1 281-468 (300%)
That's at lvl 56 of fire. I wish they would make ice a bit stronger... Such a cool move with so little power behind it.
Oh here's something else. Ice is weakest for China, Light is weakest for Euro wiz, so will Genie's weakest move be fire?

lols, you can say fire is strongest for china, fire is strongest for euro wiz, so will genie's strongest move be fire... as well, no point speculating at this point in time..

cold nukes will have any use in 10d for int cold/heuskal/bicheon or cold/force/bicheon or cold/force/heuskal. In later degrees just forget about them
