I bought silk Thursday and i havent received it yet, Its not in my charge history but it went through my paypal. I emailed joymax and they havent responded, is anyone else having this problem?

Probably gonna end up in your account soon or later because they often have pay pal problems. If not, you can always file a dispute.

hopefully, i dont want to loose the account cause im like 8% away from lvl 72

take a pic of it then go to sro contact support and explain them short and clearly what happened and say u attach pic of it, try to make the picture so ur account can be read, a pic of the payment done on paypal. maybe they will help you, its a 50/50 bro.

do not make a dispute in paypal resolution center, if u win it ur acocunt will be perma blocked due to chargeback!
better to lose the money than ur char IMO

lol whoops ... i never had pay pal problems when i used to play .... so yea ... dont get banned lol

i bought silk today and didnt get it.
i copied my email reciept and sent it to their premium support thing.

I bought 50 silk before 15 mins,didnt get it yet,but they will come im 99% sure,its happend to me 2-3 times ago.

I just bought silk with paypal and got it right away..

I think it happened once that it took like 5-10mins in the 3 years that I pay with paypal lol.

my friend bought silk once through paypal and it took a day to get it.

I still dont have it its been like 3 days

right now I have the same problem , I bought silk thru paypal about 1-2 days ago ( still dont have it ) , but mozilla crashed before I could hit the "Return to Merchant" button so that the payment registers thru joymax/silkroad, and now the charge isnt in my silk history and on my paypal menu it says 5$ payment to PAYPAL instead of 5$ payment to SILKROAD "PAYPAL"

Id rather lose 5$ then my account...live and learn.
