ok so my friend just charged like 5 or 10 bucks of silk idk and he hasnt gotten it and he wants to contact joymax or get the silk tonight what does he have to do?

there is the support page when he logs in into his silkroad account on the joymax.com webpage. he can send a question directly to the support staff.
p.s.: please, refrain in the future from using more than one question mark. it looks kind of retarded when there is more than one question mark

If he bought it from paypal and its the first time they have to verify it.. or if he had to send money from his bank paypal has to accept the transaction
