1.5 bil for sure, but he has to fix the phy reinforce and attack rating tho. With 0% stones it's easy.

Well, on babel 2 nights ago i sold a +8 98 glaive with baaad %'s and no blues (ye i never use immo or astral) for 1,6b and a 98+7 bow bad %'s too and no blues for 700m.
and a month ago or so i sold this for 1,2b

you should sell it before sun glavie in on Magic Pop
the longer the wait, less valuable.
I think +9 went for 1 to 1.2bil so 1.5bil is probably reasonable.
maybe 1bil and a +7 glavie so u can make another +9 T_T

Thats a really nice glavie, try fixing your phy reinforce and AR with 0% stones. If those get to 60/80%, you could get around 1.8~2bil I think.
