Just a little video I put together over the course of a few days about my guild Corruption and union _OrdreSacre_ and of course, me (Level 91 Wizard/Cleric with a 9 gap). Rate and comment =].
Edit: Sorry for the bad quality, there's nothing I can really do for the Youtube version except to try to upload a higher quality version to Wegame or something and post the link to that. Basically, I screwed up the quality for Youtube uploading by having the video resolution at 720x480 instead of 640x480. Rendering an entire new video is impossible since I deleted the raw footage, and re-rendering my higher quality version (which is 130+ Megs in size, I don't know if Youtube will accept that, I'd like confirmation if they do) to 640x480 just creates even more video distortion. Next video I won't make that mistake.

wizards at pvp= horrible (imo)
about the spear nuker vs bower, its hard to determine anything at the moment, there are a couple of 100 in every server however it's still hard to find final tier accesorry, ring/earring/necklace.
one thing I can say is that arrow combo is not going to kill anything, that nuker probably was at 100 hp when he 2x kb. it will be the same when fighting other str. a good bower will know when to use arrow combo once or 2x in a row.
using 2x kb on int with snow is helpful, but it shows that just because a bower can spam arrow combo doesn't mean it won't die. Heuksal has stun/kb. bicheon has kd/stab and the 100 chain is defensive as well with fear/stun status

How come you say wizards are horrible at PvP? I managed to do decently, in my opinion, against that level 90 nuker with 50% snow shield.
Wizards get a bad rep for PvPing because the vast majority of people that do PvP with them just noob it up hardcore -- you know the type, turn on Life Turnover with Bless Spell (if Cleric) or Swing March (if Bard) and start nuking the shit out of everyone, then teleporting to the safe zone. That's not how I roll, there's no fun in doing that stuff.
I've quite literally seen some nub ass wizard/bard do that shit the other day, then taking off his cape and spamming "hhhhhhhhhhhh U NOOP MEN hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh kos omak hhhhhh noop men come pk me men hhhhhhh". Honestly, its people like that who give wizards a bad name.

Agreed. If you know how to play a wizard its not a bad pvper, not great but it can hold its own.

Watched via Wegame in HQ. Really nice.
The PvP between the Bower and the Spear Nuker was kinda obvious. The Bower wasn't doing much dmg, no matter how much he KBd. So the spearman take him donw easly :p
And about the last pvp...wasn't a decent win, he was retreating lol

Sorry, but i agree on this. I mean, yeah they hit strong, they can tank (healing ofc) but watching them PvPing..., i don't feel the same when 2 str euro/china fights each others.

The bower in question did lower his fire down some though just to get snow shield, so that might also have explained his low damage since he was using a low level of Soul Fire Force. I'd still like to see a FF 100 go at it against another.
As with my PvP, how was it not a fair win even though he ran - or attempted to. I knew I had him trapped when that last Fire Bolt hit for 11k after getting combustion, since I knew his mana had run out and his snow shield was doing nothing to protect him (and with a new-found pot delay, no less). If I were in his place, I probably would have done the same thing to: attempt to run and recover then come back for more after Combustion disappears or is pilled off.
And how was the other footage?

nice vid, the quality wasn't that bad, but I don't understand why you used the 'baby' nukes in PvP. For example you used the small earth nuke, and the small ive nuke (frozen spear I think). I would have used just the fire meteor, big earth nuke, the big ice nuke, mp consumption, fear, and that KB electric nuke.

Or maybe it was because...he is 100 ff and i am 98 not even close to ff...and i had 3 9th dg pieces....ill have rhet record again when im ff...lol. That was one pvp and i have beaten him already so jaaaa! xD BB

Yeah there was a few that you won against him since you kept on stunning and knocking him back. I can see how that shit gets annoying lol.

Well, I kinda used them simply because they are quick cast skills. Meteor and Earth Quake are fine, but Fire Bolt does almost... not quite as high, but almost the same damage as Meteor, not to mention the cooldowns on those two skills are linked. Plus you have to remember that I have no bard healing my own mana, and those skills cost quite a bit to cast.. even up to the point where I have to start pottin' Vigs just to get my mana back up. Chances are the MP cost is going to rise once I finally finish my farming and get my level 90 skills maxed out (masteries for both Cleric and Wizard are at 82)

Next time my Union goes out to hunt Medusa again, I'll film a vid about that and we will try to see if we can get most of the uniques (not to mention, the SP I earn there with a 9 gap is great -- if you look there, in the course of killing the mini-uniques, I went from about 120k SP to 150k now, and thats just in the course of one week of playing after I go off duty, and add in the fact that if we manage to kill Medusa, thats an additional 20k SP right there).
And you have to keep in mind, this is my first video that I've made in almost 6 months due to going through basic training and tech school in the US Air Force. My previous vids were all made before November of 08, so I'm kinda gettin back into the game whenever I can find the time.

another thing I want to say about pvp this cap is that, this will be the cap where it won't be possible to avoid using vigors for chinese, I know some chinese players used vigors during 90 cap but this time they won't probably be call "noobs" for using them. Chinese dmg/Euro dmg has drastically increase yet the pot size has remain the same. a pure str. glavier may have 46k HP however pots can't keep up with the high dmg so vigors will be need it.

but what u will probably see is (ex) warrior/cleric crying when chinese start spamming vigors during pvp, yet they have the better healing capability, hopefully that mentality changes cuz chinese will need to use vigors when pvping high dmg dealers rogue/2hand for example. most videos in ksro have chinese using vigors.
