I just bought 300 silk this morning, got a receive note from paypal. But i still aint got the silk on my account while its already been 10 hours or something.. The F?

i would call joymax 1st thing Monday (they are closed now and Sunday) if you dont have your silk by then.

I called them and they fixed my problem in 5 days (would have been 3 but weekend they arent open).
So they get a B- for customer service from me when u actually call them they fix the problem. At least for me.

Happened to me once i spammed them with 100+ emails and recieved my silk after a month.
