Looks to be only a low lvl of fire as you can see the low lvl fire shield and nukes, you sure that it isn't 15 mins? =P

Old bug is old. I've had that problem on my force glaiver every now and then too. Just chill and hope it doesn't happen again.

Yeah, it's hours, it's been going down for the past weeks. Started around 300.
Yup, my build's one of a kind. Bicheon & Light 73, Ice 60, Fire 57, Force 30. It's not a built meant to go up. I'm prob gonna either leave it at lvl 74 or maybe go up to 77 at the most.

I think if you relog , you can use it right away..

Wrong. It's a well known old bug, and it WILL last the duration, which is 15 hours.

On his quick skill bar or whatever they call it in the top right of the screenshot, his harmony therapy is showing as 15 hours until he can cast again.

You guys dont know what this build is good for? pwrlvl, i mean u can protect ur "taxi'ers" with the HT.
