Looks like a GM moved them away from big areas. Back in August 08 they would put all the spammers in places in town that were desolate. Yeah, move em, not ban em.

Thats what i figured. There all lv 1 and havent moved in over 12 hrs

on Xian same situation, but lvl1gf are standing in DH 0.o
some1 moved them form jangan only to put them in fronf of herbaliswt, grocery or blacksmith >.<

if joymax would make there servers full with players i dont think they have to login noob chars for that. they could change some configs or settings on there servers we most likely cant see and make there servers 24/7 crowded.

on the other hand i dont have a clue who would login all those newb chars to hug a door/wall all day long lol
